Here it finally is….my first ever follower gift! I wanted to release it when I hit 200 followers but I didn’t meet that deadline.

This fully decorated house features 3 bedrooms (4 if you count the guest bedroom upstairs), 4 bathrooms, laundry room, an office/study, formal and informal dining area, a lovely backyard patio with pool and campfire area, and a rec room upstairs.

I’m not sure what patch level it requires, but I was patched to 1.50 when I exported the lot…so yeah. Also I have all EP’s except Supernatural and University Life, and all SP’s except the Katy Perry Sweet Treats, so there may or may not be an item or two from one of my EP’s / SP’s.
